Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Items must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.
• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at returns@silvergirl.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number; which can be found in your account center, and the reason for the return.
2. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Include the packing slip or a note with your order number and reason for return.
3. Ship the Package: Send the package to the following address:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
